The entry courtyard is private and partly covered, the kind of place for morning coffee or a row of planters, with a bedroom and full bath beside it. The whole second floor is for living: a kitchen with gas cooking and quartz counters, dining, and a living room behind oversized windows.
Above that, a mid level with a bedroom, bath and laundry, then the vaulted primary suite with its ensuite and walk-in closet, and above everything the roof deck, already run with gas, water, lighting and power.

Which homes are for sale right now?
The availability page is kept current from our sales board. Everything still for sale is a Plan D three-bedroom on the south row, 8313 to 8327. Homes marked Listed are on the market with a price; homes marked Request pricing are the builder's and not yet listed, and Ray can give you pricing and timing on any of them.
Is there parking?
Every home comes with a designated, deeded parking space that is EV-capable. The homes are reached from the alley at the back and from 12th Ave NW at the front.
What is the roof deck set up for?
Gas, water, lighting and power are run to it, so a grill, a hose bib and an outdoor kitchen are hookups rather than projects.
What are the HOA dues, and what kind of ownership is it?
Dues are $120 a month. The homes are condominium ownership with a public offering statement, which is standard for townhome communities in Seattle. Ray can walk you through the documents.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Shelter's patented Woof Deck, an outdoor space built for your dog, is available as an upgrade on select homes. Ask which homes can take one.
I have my own agent. Can they bring me?
Yes. Broker co-op is welcome; have your agent book the tour, or come on your own and we will walk you through ourselves.
